You may reserve online to secure your unit but you must come to the office at 750 S Solano to pick up the key to the deadbolt. Keys are available Mon - Fri 10am - 6pm. Required deposit of $25.00 due at time of rental and is fully refundable upon vacating.

You must pickup the secure key from our office located at 750 S Solano Dr during normal office hours (M-F 10a-6p). Additional security keys are available upon request at a fee of $6.00 per key. This unit has a door on either end of it. This unit comes equipped with a high security latch and lock system. You must pickup the key to the unit (both doors are keyed alike for your convenience) from the office located at 750 S Solano Dr during normal office hours (M-F 10a-6p). Additional keys are available upon request at a cost of $6.00 each. Additional fees may apply.

Door 16′×7′ (WxH) This has a brick exterior, sheetrock interior, with an 16 foot wide by 7 foot high metal garage door with opener. This unit consists of a large open garage space with built in work tables in the back of the unit as well as a small separated office space also in the back of the unit. It has an overhead light and a gas overhead heater. Gas service would have to be arranged by the customer and be the sole responsibility of the customer including any and all inspection permits, fees and connection costs. Access to this unit is through a keypad outside the door. You will be provided with the code upon rental.
